Web interface crashes after selecting a user

I have an admin account and couple of managed users. Since today, I can no loger open the plex for the admin. After logging in and choosing a user and entering a PIN, I get a crash and the only thing I can do is refresh the page and enter a managed user. Managed users work fine, but I need to be able to use my admin user as well. I’m suspecting it’s a problem with Discover, as the crash started immediately after I enabled it. For managed users I was not propted to enable, and they work fine. Alas, I can no longer manage my servers since I cant get into my admin user.

Seems like my profile configuration got corrupted.

Don’t post screenshots which contain your X-Plex-Token!
You might as well post your password.

I also can’t access web interface (app.plex.tv/desktop). Please see screenshot.

Same here, as above, crashes after opening app on Windows 11 with latest updates.

Confirming for Windows 10 with all updates, Opera browser (Chromium) with latest updates.

Same error.

Same but I seem to of found a way around it, select the user and enter the pin if you use one and the immediately keep tapping the escape key. Now just have to find a way to completely Disable Discover

glad i’m not alone in having this issue aswell

You can try access Settings using direct link:

https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account

If you click on:

https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/streaming-services

you will get same error. Same goes with:

https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/friends

Also, main screen (for selecting user) got garbled - other accounts lost full e-mail address, it got shortened:

Completely different issue: All accounts are having a unique username set

At least this gets me to settings so I can manage some of them. Thanks.

It works now in web interface, I can log in properly. However when I go to configure the streaming services all I get is “No streaming services found for your region”. I’m subscribed to both Netflix and HBO max and they are officially available in my region. This thread can probably be resolved though, as the original issue is resolved.

This is being worked on for your region.
