I’m struggling to log in to the web side of plex. I’ve had to set up a new account in order to post here. My login is via apple. I enter my apple id details and the next screen it takes me to shows that I am logged in and asks do I want to continue, which I confirm yes and then it returns me to the log in screen again. This continues and I never get passed the “do you wish to continue” screen. any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Have you been able to successfully sign-in with Apple before or is this the first time / first time since you set it up?
So far I’ve steered clear of those alternate logins so I cannot double-check this for you myself. From what I can see in the related support article, there’s a number of caveats (e.g. Plex might not be able to identify you if you use the anonymous e-mail option offered by Apple). This support article also describes how to overcome those road bumps… hope this is helping you…
