Server: 1.9.6.4385 on Mac OSX 10.11.6
Web: 3.23.1 (this version and at least 2-3 previous have had the same issue)
Library: Approx 3000 local MP4 files ranging in duration
Using the Web Player on the same system, video playback frequently spins, then stops. Occasionally stopping and starting playback will temporarily restart the playback process. Playback from the same library works fine from an Apple TV.
Any suggestions to determine the cause and resolve?
