Webplayer settings not saved after update

So this issue has been bothering me for quite some time now. Apparently after I update my plex server (which is running on a virtual machine (esxi host)), i have to manually change the webplayer settings again to something i want, it goes back to standard (720p 2mbps).
Also i have to change the hour settings (also in the web player menu) from 12 to 24h everytime.

Can this be fixed in a later release please?
