When loading just Plex.tv the website loads but it does not have the 3 bars for Menu and it does not have any of the buttons to Launch the Web Player. It gives the fallowing error’s

This is happening on a windows 10 PC on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. I have Cleared all cache and cookies. i have also rebooted the PC, Once i have cleared everything and rebooted it will load the page asking for login or signup but once i do that then i am back to the same error and no Launch button. This is also happening on an Ubuntu 18.04 Firefox browser on a different network.
The page Loads fine from a Ubuntu 20.04 Chrome browser at a third location. any Idea’s on what is going on?
