Weird case: Plex remote works in browsers but not in apps

Hello,

I wonder if anyone here have ever seen a problem like mine:

I can access my plex server remotely from any browser even if I’m behind a double NAT and plexms says the server cant be reached from outside.
But… when I tried to see my server from any app, smart tv or android or iOS… I can see it only if I disable and enable the remote server and just for a limited time until the apps cannot reach the server again… meanwhile the browser in the same device can keep having access to my server anytime.

Does anybody here have seen this problem before and knows how to solve it? I cannot find any explanation.

I only see one way to tackle this reliably: set up port forwardings in every router.
That is of course only possible if you have access to the configuration of each router.
