Remote Access Enabled, but isn't

Server Version#: 1.27.2.5929

The remote access is green, but the server is shown as offline on devices outside my home network.
Isn’t using port forewarding, but got UPnP enabled on my router.
Are using 2 routers, not bridged.

When my phone (S22 Ultra) is on the same nettwork, I can see every movie and show, but nothing when i turn off the WiFi. Both through the app and web browser.
Logs are attached.

There’s also a guide with some more details on how to address remote access issues:

You’re in a double-NAT situation:

Jul 13, 2022 13:53:52.237 [29024] ERROR - [EventSourceClient/pubsub/172.105.64.14:443] MyPlex: mapping failed due to potential double NAT configuration
Jul 13, 2022 13:53:52.238 [29024] DEBUG - [EventSourceClient/pubsub/172.105.64.14:443] MyPlex: mapping state set to 'Mapped - Not Published (Double NAT)'.

Review the documents @tom80H linked.

Some possible options:

Option: Place one router into Access Point mode

  • This eliminates one of the NAT functions.
  • Compatible with both UPnP and manual port forwarding.

Option: Double Port-Forward

  • Requires manual port forwarding. Incompatible with UPnP.
  • More difficult to implement and troubleshoot.
  • Fallback option if unable to place a router in Access Point mode.

Option: Plex Relay

  • Fallback when Remote Access unavailable due to double-NAT, CG-NAT, etc.
  • Streams tunneled through servers at Plex.
  • Limited to 2 Mbps (1 Mbps if server admin does not have Plex Pass).
