Weird problem - Original bitrate won't work correctly

I got this weird problem with 4K HDR movies.
When i play Example-Movie#1 from server on my PC to my LG-tv, the original bitrate is 14.2 Mb/s, the image is a little stuttering, like it skipping a fev frames per sec.
When i switch it to 12 Mb/s it plays without problems, smooth and nice.

When i play Example-movie#2 the original bitrate is 7.2 Mb/sec, same here, the image is a little stuttering, like it skipping a fev frames per sec.

When a choose any other bitrate, it plays perfectly.

This is happening to all my 4K-movies when i choose original bitrate no matter if its 25Mb/sec or 7Mb/sec, but when i select any other bitrate it plays perfectly, how and why is this happening?

What i can recall, there was no issues before and have happended the last months.

Sounds like your original files are encoded in a way your tv doesn’t like. By setting a lower bitrate, pms transcodes the file, which your tv likes better.

The tv by the way is a LG C9.
