Well is that not a misconception on Plex’s behalf, a disclaimer should be applied. Thanks for the correction from what is implied in the settings
To clarify, the problem happens when selecting a TV show and the theme music starts. The theme music file is named correctly but for some reason on the Roku a d 4K Fire Stick it will make a loud crackling/ popping (see attached file on first post).
Are we talking about your own theme.mp3 files or about those themes which are automatically supplied by Plex?

I would like to know that as well since I have yet to figure out where Plex pulls TV show theme music from.
