Please see attached photo of anamoly experience when direct streaming 4K content to webos. But, when I direct stream via xbox one S this does not happen. Is there a fix or is this a known issue or is there anything that I can do to resolve this issue?

The plex app Version is V2.1.3, sorry, I made it seem as if that was the webOS version. TV Model is LG - 65" Class - OLED - B7A Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR
This will occur with 4K content on LG TV’s with 7.1 HD-MA audio, 5.1 HD-MA seems to work fine. If you use DLNA with LG smartshare to play titles like this, it will work well without the artifacts in above attachment.
@SE56, well that sucks. Do you know if its being looked into in regards to getting it fixed?
Well I can say it has been reported numerous times and there have been mentions of a new beta server version with new codecs. At present on titles you have use DLNA or handbrake and convert to 5.1 audio or just wait.
Do you have alternate audio tracks you can choose from?
I might but I like HD-MA. Either way, the Xbox workaround is fine for now. Its just annoying that i have to fire up another device to watch 4K buuuut, thats what I originally got the xbox for either way. LOL
