Was there an Android App update for Sony TV’s in the last week? I have been having crashing issues for months - To the point of the TV app being basically unusable. Then out of nowhere the issues seem to be gone and all movies, mainly issues with .wmv that always seemed to crash.
Did some update fix all these issues, because if that is not the case I am fully lost as to what could have occured to fix the months of issues.
I honestly do not want to jinx it, but it seems the Sony TV’s have stopped saying when apps were last updated.
Seems the issue has returned in some modes - mainly Random play mode in folders. Very strange crash issues, but much better than they have been in months.
My FireTV app definitely went from nearly unusable to almost fine to crashing six times when i opened but kind of playing normally (fine-bad) after along the same kind of timeline you’ve got here, but thankfully the update I got yesterday seemed to fix the crashing. I was losing my mind even trying to draft an explanation of the instability for the bug report
