How can i find out if have a Plex Pass? I have paid £31-99 for a year,is the plex pass included in the price? I am pretty new at this kinda of thing.

If you paid that to Plex Inc then you should have Plex Pass for a year
The tomtom445 account does not appear to be a Plex Pass account. What plex.tv user account did you purchase it through ?
