What are your library paths set to (Manage Library > Edit > Add folders)? Do you have multiple folders that overlap (e.g. both /media/ and /media/TV)?

TV shows has a single folder path. And FWIW, this isn’t every show that’s doing it.

nonono, sorry about that. You don’t have to prove anything. While that is odd behavior, I appreciate the insight. That said, I just checked and did have the *arrs notifying Plex, as well as Plex watching for file changes. Hopefully that’s the issue. Thanks!

Actually it looks like the Plex Dance fixed it.
