It says I have full access outside my network and it appears that I do. But, this is what it usually looks like when I don’t have any remote access.

Normally, the server is asking your router for the external IP address. It appears that it is unable to do that in your case.
Usually no reason for concern, if remote access is working.
Thanks. It must have been a router issue. A quick restart and everything is good to go.
