Remote access Issue

Hi there , I’m completely at a loose end. Remote access. Constantly saying I’m not connected outside my network . Server on a Synology NAS. Have a static ip for the server.

Private 192.168.1.2 : 32400
Public xx.xx.xx.xxx: 32555

I have manually specify public port ticked to 32555.

Vodafone router port opened to 32555. Checked this with port forwarding tester and port is open.

So when connecting via mobile phone 4G no issues or by windows outside my home network it’s fine but if i try and connect to make both sides go green and no error message " not available outside my network" my server becomes unavailable. I need to call my wife at home to login and just retry connection and then it comes good again. But we still have the error message in red!
