My comment was perhaps too obtuse.
It was to illustrate that issues with the current public release encourages people to try beta releases to fix those issues, given Plex has yet to resolve the playback problem with the current public release.
The time it is taking to fix the playback issue is painful.

I know folks are looking into it but have been having a hard time reliably reproducing it.
That is the one. Strangely, I do not have the issue but it appears widespread.
On the thread topic though, I still see this, only noticeable if Discover is disabled. Not a show stopper and can be ignored but it is messy and unexpected on a public release.
My thoughts exactly.
And when the “rock-solid” release suffers from the same problem, we should add a fourth category “super-duper rock-solid” release.
