When press volume buttons in Android app the players come up

Hi!
This is just a thing that bothers me. When we are watching something and want to turn up/down the volume, the player buttons come up occupying spaced tof the screen without need.
Take a look at my screen shot to understand:

I too find this incredibly annoying, and quite a regression. Although, not just Android for mobile/phones, it happens on Android TV, too.
