When using Plex, the video go in slow motion, then speeds up to become synced, then repeats

I recently bought a Roku 3930R and when I’m trying to watch a video in Plex, the video will go in slow motion, then a few seconds later, it goes into double speed. It does this non-stop.
Some videos, the video runs so far behind, the audio is still going and it never catches up. Do I have a fault Roku or do I need to purchase a different version?

Some user here recommend me the Roku Ultra, unfortunately it wasn’t available in my conutry for the time being.

Everything works fine on Chromecast and Plex Web.

Any help on this.
