Where can I report found bugs in PlexMediaServer als “Non-Plexpass-Member”?
Is there an option to report them? In this forum I only can find discussion sections.
So I have found a bug but I don’t know how I can report them in an more “official” way…
In the list of forums, there’s a section labeled “Plex Media Server.” Under it are several forums for the specific platform/operating system you are running. Post your issue in the appropriate forum. (Bug reports there, feature requests here, in General Discussions (Public) forum, for non Plex Pass users).
@beckfield Thank you for your reply. So this means there is no official public bugtracking system available and I have to use the discussion section?
The reason why I ask is because in the “Release Announcement” section for example in the Post of “Plex Media Server 1.1.4 is now available for everyone.” there you can find references to for me unknown numbers like “(Security) Allow http requests using the server’s machine name to authenticate using the “networks allowed without auth” preference. (#5270)” which has the reference to number 5270.
I thought there was another place available to post official bugs, or what are these numbers for?
