There are no client profiles anymore, except for DLNA-compatible clients. All current Plex clients bring their own profiles.

The Plex data folder is not accessible to the user on Android. (Unless you moved the data folder to an externality attached hard drive. Then you could attach this drive to a computer and try accessing it.
