Where are Subtitles located in Plex on my HD?

There can be internal subtitles in MKV files.
However, since OP speaks of the subtitles which Plex is downloading, then I don’t assume he is referring to muxed-in subs.

2 approaches:

  • try installing SubZero and tell it to store the downloaded subs beside the media files, instead of into the ‘bundle’ folder
  • Install WebTools which allow you to view and download subtitles in the ‘bundles’
