Where are the season and episode extras?

I’m trying to follow the instructions at Local Files for TV Show Trailers and Extras | Plex Support, but I’m a bit confused about a couple of things (all about local files):

  1. Where are the season’s extras supposed to go: under the main TV series folder or under the season folder? If they go under the season’s folder, where are they supposed to show up? I currently have all (except episode) extras under the main folder and they appear under the main show Extras section, but I am wondering if there is a way to put season-specific extras under the seasons (I tried putting them under the seasons, but they do not show up at all).

  2. For the episode extras, I just added -featurette (e.g. c:\TV Shows\X Show\Season 1\X Show - s01e01-featurette.mp4) to the name of the episode file name and store it next to the episode, but I do not see this extra anywhere. Am I not doing it right or am I not looking at the right place?

Season and episode level extras are currently only showing up in the “mobile” Plex clients on iOS and Android.

Episode level extras will also show on the Apple TV – however that’s the only exception to Ott’s summary.
