I noticed a while back that my bonus features for movies are no longer showing up. If they’re provided by Plex they appear, but any that I have in my file system are not appearing. I checked that they were named correctly, and they are. I was hoping this problem would have been fixed by now, but it hasn’t. What’s going on, why can’t I see my bonus features?
Please post the contents of the Plex XML info of one affected movie.
Please also add the file names and the folder structure of the extras.
Additionally, determine at which folder the library is aimed at (by ‘editing’ your movie library and going to the ‘Add Folders’ tab).

Then “Refresh Metadata” of the movie.
Okay, it looks like I have to “Upgrade Matching” then refresh metadata in all of my folders. That seems to correct the problem. Thanks so much!
