I have a folder on my Win11 computer with artwork that cycles on the main Roku TV in our living room. I have been doing this for a long time. Suddenly that section for adding a library is gone and no where to be found. I even uninstalled Plex Media Server from my computer and reinstalled it. I’m at a loss how to add the art library back in since that section has disappeared. What am I doing wrong or missing?
Thanks for your guidance.

You have most likely changed the email address or the authentication provider.
Log out of the Plex web client (top, right icon)
then log back in, using the same credentials and login method that you used to log in the server.
If you cannot remember which you used, stop and then restart Plex server. Wait 2 minutes. Then fetch the Plex Media Server.log manually https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/
and search for the @ character in it. The first occurence should show the email address that is used for the server.
If that is unsuccessful, you’ll have to reclaim your server: You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry
Thanks. It does seem to be related to me trying to change the email address for my account. Can I change my email address without screwing up the account and claimed server? Thanks
You can, but the email address which you want to use in the future must not be used with another Plex account.
(It must also not have been used with a Plex account during the last 31 days. i.e. you cannot immediately re-use the email of a freshly deleted Plex account.)

By logging in with Google, Apple, Facebook (instead of a plain email) you are implicitly creating a new Plex account – unless you have connected them beforehand to an existing Plex account. https://support.plex.tv/articles/use-federated-authentication-to-sign-in/
Thanks you so very much for your help. So if I simply edit my email address from the web interface “Account” page (shown below), and using an email never before used with Plex, is all I need to do to update my account email? That will then automatically claim my server to that new email address, correct? Thanks
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately it did not work.
It appears a “Verification Code” is needed (see screen shot below), but it never appears in my inbox, and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder just in case. The first time I tried, I figured maybe they had an internal error going on, so I waited a day to try it again. Same thing no verification code ever arrives. What next?
Thanks
The verification code is the one generated by your authenticator app.
You appear to have enabled 2FA on this account.
