Where do downloads go?

I’ve reviewed Where do the files go when they're "Downloaded" but I look on my left menu and I don’t see Downloads. Also, when I search for the location ```
%LOCALAPPDATA%PlexPlex Media ServerSync
on Windows I don’t find valid location. Can you be more clear how to find that folder?

The path is

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex\Plex Media Server\Sync

and you don’t search for it, but you copy & paste the path just into the address bar of the Windows file explorer and press Enter.
