Was unsure if the “Plex-Media-Player” tag should be used for the new Plex app… But here goes.
A Friend and I wanted to test out the download… He attempted from the plex web (using sync), and I attempted from within the plex app itself… However, he was unsuccessful in locating where the file went, and couldn’t play it from within plex web. I on the other hand, was successful in locating it within the plex app, but cannot figure out where it downloaded to, and can see no way to delete it…
Anyone know where the files get stored, and where we can delete them from?
For what it’s worth, it never actually showed up in my Library, only in the “Downloads” area, and when I go into the show, there is no circle with a downward pointing arrow… But, red X’s worked, so I’m good there.
Any idea where it stores those files? For myself or for my friend (who downloaded/sync’d using plex web)? It would be handy to be able to change the download location, as I am sure it’s defaulting to my system drive, and I would rather it go to one of my storage drives…
