Where do I fix this access issue

I have plex pass - I am running Plex Server on my Synology NAS (DS918+)

We just moved house - new ISP, new SSID on the home Lan, and new IP addresses for everything. Things all appear to work from Our Apple TV with it’s Plex Client.

The Plex App on my Mac Book Pro - works…

But using a browser connection on my MacBook pro via www.plex.tv returns “Not Authorized” you do not have access to this server.

And using my iPad and the plex app - the server says “offline” on startup, and the libraries on it are all greyed out.

Using the browser approach from my ipad has the same symptoms as browser from my MBP.

You can try this. I have performed this numerous times and I still get a “not authorized” message almost every day. If you ever figure out a solution, I’d love to know.
