Where does PMS gets the list of TV Series?

I’m adding the entire episodes of Air Crash Investigations (or Mayday Air Disasters) and I just can’t match the episodes with what Plex reports. I checked Wikipedia, IMDB and TVDB, they all list the episodes the same. For example, season 7, episode 1, from all the mentioned sources, indicate the episode is “Scratching the Surface”, about a China Airline 747-200 that disintegrated in mid-air over the Taiwan strait. Yet, after correctly adding “s07-e01” to the MP4 file, Plex stubbornly reports the episode as being the Lockerbie Disaster.
The TV Shows library is using the Plex TV Series scanner and the Plex Series agent. But, it’s impossible to know where the TV shows information comes from.

Does anyone have any idea?

The Plex Series agent defaults to using TMDB episode ordering (Manage Library > Edit > Advanced > Episode ordering), which lists S07E01 as Lockerbie Disaster (Pan Am 103). If your naming matches TVDB, you can either adjust your library default and refresh metadata, or override it at the show level (Edit Show > Advanced > Episode ordering).
