Where does the attribute "displayTitle" value come from?

Server Version#:3.104.2

I’m not understand why “displayTitle” has the meaning that has.
For one video file I have two audio streams with XML properties title=“DUB” and title=“Lostfilm.TV”, but their displayTitle are displayTitle=“русский язык (AC3 Stereo)” and displayTitle=“русский язык (AC3 Stereo)”. So, I can not choose the right option when watching a video. Why?
Second case. Video stream in mkv file has attribute title=“Lostfilm.TV”, but it displayTitle=“720p (H.264)”.
My first question: how to make attribute “title” and “displayTitle” values match for this cases?
And second: how can I set correct displayTitle for mp4 video stream?

Title and DisplayTitle are different things. You do not want these to match. Also, the DisplyTitle is embedded in your file. You can’t change these in Plex. You’ll need to find a file editor appropriate for your filetype and use that to change the embedded property.

This is my question. Which field in mkv, mp4, etc correspond to displayTitle?
