I have been having a problem for a week or so, everything is ok on my pc, but in the tablet or phone in the library I created I can’t see the items in the folders, I only come to the library (genre, year, actor, etc.) here once there was another option with “folders” to see folder by folder, now it’s gone
how can i fix it? I state that I have not updated plex server, and in the phones various updates but the problem comes to me on all and all the latest versions

If so, I doubt whether it is an application bug since you iphone have the “folders” section in the category.
must be a bug for android
What do your actual Movie library folders look like. Is each movie in their own folder? If the individual movies are not in folders then folder view won’t show anything.

yes I have always seen them, every movie is inside every folder, from pc I see everything correctly, the problem is from android phone
I’ve got one that shows them just like that. <—just Movies in Folders here.
(I couldn’t get away from that view fast enough, but they did show)
above I put the screen of my library inside “raccolte” but it is empty, once there was “folders” and it showed all the folders from PC, I don’t understand the reason that they replaced “folders” with "raccolte " making it empty
plex is set correctly because from pc i see everything as it should be, but the problem is only in the latest versions of plex for android
do you all have iphone or does someone have android to see if he does the latest versions of android too?

Someone needs to replicate your conditions and see if they can reproduce the issue - and that’s above my pay grade…
I will suggest, not reading if you have already:
Uninstall the app - reboot the phone - then re-install the app (old Roku Trick).
… at this point - what do ya have to lose?
Sometimes these Android apps don’t get here in one piece - it seems… take another whack at it and hope for the best.
I would have done it already but this happens on 2 phones and a 1 tablet, probably there must be something bugging the interface in Italian

Why don’t you take a screenshot of what you do see when you select Raccolte from the menu.
