Where is my new "News" feature?... and yes, I really want this feature.

I have the new NEWS feature on my Roku, and on my Apple TV, and on my phone… but, unfortunately, my home computer, Apple Server, (Mac OS Sierra) the News button does not show up. Can anyone help?
I’m a Plex Pass subscriber.
