I’m using the OTA channels in Los Angeles. My guide only allows me to see a week’s worth of programming. What’s up with that? Where is 2 weeks data available?
How are you checking that? Are you referring to the day selection drop-down in the guide?
If so, that’s normal. You can only select through the next week there. If you manually scroll the guide out far enough, it should populate though. Mine’s currently populated to Nov. 4th at 6:30PM.
Another quick way to check to see how far out your guide data goes is to use the browse tab. Select All -> Movies/Episodes -> By Airing and scroll to the bottom to see the date and time of the last airing.
Though there have been times in the past when the guide data didn’t extend as far as it should, it’s generally only been off by 2-3 days.
Ahh, thanks for the tip! It does indeed go out 2 weeks that way. They really should extend that dropdown for easier access to the end without having to scroll horizontally so much. Also, it would be nice if the selection for “Prime Time” showed 8-10pm instead of 5-7 (prime time is generally defined as 8-11pm).
