Guide is only showing data for one week, not the two weeks that it is supposed to show according to your blogs/info for setting up LiveTV.
Also Enhanced Guide option is no longer available???
Are you getting your service through antenna / OTA ? or actually internet from BT?
For the UK OTA Schedule data is normally a week to 12-13 days. I am not sure what is available from BT
Enhanced Guide option is now only available for xmltv users as it lead to some mismatches
I am using OTA and have matched the channels to the BT TV Guide available from the drop down option while setting up Live TV & DVR. I only ever seem to get 7 days from it and plex only ever shows me 7 days when i click the drop down to select the day in Live TV & DVR.
It should automatically select the optimum lineup for your post code - the OTA lineups are what is widely used and maintained in terms of OTA channels.
What lineup did Plex Media Server select for you on DVR setup?
The specific BT View lineups may not be accurate - they are not normally used.
I chose the BT YouView one because ive also integrated IPTV using xTeVe into Plex Live TV & DVR and the BT YouView guide includes all the channels I need in one Guide. I just presumed that all the guides provided were 2 week guides
