Currently on Plex Version 1.18.3.2129 and it is only showing 1 week of guide data. I have the lifetime Plex pass and live in the USA. I tired both with and without the enhanced guide data and re-added my HD Home Run.
When in the Live TV & DVR section, it shows today and 1 week out from the drop down list of days to pick from. Also, searching for upcoming shows does not appear to be found past 7 days.
What OS is your PMS installed on? And which client are you using to access the guide? Web browser or something else?
That’s a limitation of the user interface, not a limitation of the amount of guide data.
When using the web browser, and after selecting the latest time for the last day in the dropdown, you can use the > to move further out in the guide. You should have just about 13 full days of guide data.
Can you give specific examples? Right now, many primetime shows are in hiatus until Jan/Feb of next year.
Thanks so much for the info. I can go past the 1 week using the arrows, although painfully slow. the option to jump to any of the dates should be easily accessible.
Also, the movie example I was looking for (past 1 week) was there, it was just showing up different that expected. For instance, in the Channels app, it shows with different artwork, seasons, and episode, but it is the same show (channel and time). Thanks again for your help.
