Which hdhomerun unit to get for use with Plex?

sorry for the newbie question here but I have lifetime plex pass and use a nvidia shield as my plex server. Usually just 1 person ever watching at a time, but sometimes maybe 2.

I have a rooftop mounted antenna for OTA and pull in a lot of channels living in the Chicago suburbs. I want to buy a hdhomerun tuner to use with Plex. It looks like Plex still doesn’t support the new ATSC 3.0 Channels as the audio doesn’t work. So does that mean I should skip the HDHomerun Flex 4k entirely? If I can somehow disable those channels or that ATSC 3.0 functionality and just pull in the 1.0 versions of them I think I would still get the more expensive Flex 4k unit in case Plex eventually figures out the decoding stuff. But I don’t want to buy it if it means that the main channels (NBC, ABC, Fox, etc) that are now broadcasting in the new format will essentially be worthless in Plex and I won’t have any other ability to watch them in the old 1.0 format.

I think I answered my own question. For now, it looks like all of the networks broadcasting in the new 3.0 format will continue to broadcast in the old 1.0 format separately. So I should be fine to go with the Flex 4k unit and I will just delete the 3.0 nextgen channels on plex.

I had one and returned it. I have a Connect that is still working fine. Most of my channels were encrypted on the ATSC3 side. I will not be giving money to anything affiliated with ATSC 3.0 that I can avoid until they get their collective crap together. Encryption for public airwaves? Nope. Cannot receive emergency broadcasts any longer when channels are encrypted? Nope. Sure, you can just keep using the older channels, I am just choosing not to fund this train wreck where I can avoid it.
