Which is the best QNAP NAS for 4K UHD content

I can’t find any QNAP that gets a YES for 4K UHD transcoding even the TVS-873e which is supposed to have an inbuilt GPU just gets NO’s across the board possible as its an AMD RX-421BD quad-core APU not an Intel.

I know there are some very experienced PLEX users here so please recommend any 8-Bay NAS that is best for PLEX server.

TVS-1282-i7-32GB gets it all done.

You need a CPU which is -7xxx generation.
the i5 or i7 variants work well.
