While playing Plex switches Video Signal from Streaming to Transcoding

Since two weeks I have the new Q9FN Samsung TV.
For your information, Samsung denounced their cooperation with DTS.
This is why all the 2018 TVs doesnt support the Audio Signal anymore.

Well Plex is my problem solver… so i thought.

While 1080p movies (h264) are all running smooth and fine 2160p movies (HEVC/h265) have a big problem.

Situation:
The movie starts and everything is fine.
Plex streams the video signal and transcodes the audio signal.
(Btw subs MUST be .srt, else (pgs, vob) they have to be transcoded into the video signal.)
But after 15 - 20 minutes the stream buffers and buffers… after the timeout for buffering (by default 60 sec) Plex starts to transcode audio AND video.
Well, my raspberry pi or home PC is too weak to transcode 4k without buffering.

The only way to fix this, is to let the movie buffer and play and wait until the movie made it one minute further.
Then I can switch back to “original” quality, by starting the movie again, from the last position.

15 - 20 minutes later it all starts again…

I look for into every thread i could find on google but i couldnt find any real solution.

Has anybody witness this problem as well?

log-file at the time of the buffer-start:
Dec 30, 2018 21:17:01.048 [14380] WARN - ClientProfileExtra: unable to find transcode profile for adding or appending codec
