Windows 10 PC
GPU: GTX 1050Ti
CPU: Intel i5 7600k
RAM: 8GB
My PC is connected via HDMI to Onkyo NR787 AVR. The AVR is connect to a projector with 18Gbps HDMI.
My issue: When watching movies (any video) via Plex TV application (direct play,no stream), I get a “white line” that randomly flashes across the top of the screen. It runs the entire length from left to right and is maybe a few pixels thick. It is a very quick, maybe less than a second, flash. It happens at random and usually about 4-5 times during 2hr playback.
I’ve seen one other post here, but they were using Mac Mini and believed it to be hardware related. Based on my setup, I don’t think this could be a hardware issue, maybe I’m wrong?
I have an XBOX One S and Xfinity box also running through the same AVR/Projector. Neither of those devices have this issue. So, I figure it is either a Plex video setting or a Windows 10 video setting.
Any suggestions/solutions?
