White screen when playing movie

I try to watch a movie & all that displays is a white screen, and I can hear the audio. I can also place the mouse on the progress bar & see the video there, but it’s a tiny window instead of full screen.

Sometimes I can get it to show when the ‘Learn more’ button is visible, but that doesn’t stay long so it’s hard 2 click.

I’m trying to reproduce but I am on a Mac. Do you have any Ad blockers extension or similar enabled? where you can whitelist plex.tv

I turned off the adblackers. Will see if that works. Thanks for the tip.

That worked. I see the small screen @ the lower left, but when I click on it, it enlarges to the main screen…
