That makes it look like there’s an issue with your server and networking. Make sure your setup is green, otherwise you won’t be able to access over cellular.

I have been running this same plex server since 2017 and all of the other numerous devices that access this server all connect fine, through LAN or WAN.
For some reason its only my android phone that has this issue, sometimes I need to use Tailscale to get into my network to get a connection again.
I don’t know what to tell you except there is a fundamental issue connecting to the server, at a low level.
Hey Everyone I just thought to come back with my solution, it seems like my Celluar provider, Telstra in Australia was blocking the direct ip that Plexamp uses to talk to my server, I resolved this by using dns.google.com in the private dns section of my Android Phone.
Hopefully this helps anyone else out that is having this weird issue.
