On my PlayStation 3 and 4 certain titles have suddenly started getting black bars at the sides of the video. This isn’t an issue when I watch them on the iPhone app or on the Plex web app. Does anyone know of any solution to this problem as it is squashing my video into the center and is unpleasant to watch.

Is this happening for all videos or only some? If so can you post the media info XML for some for comparison?
This sounds like our anamorphic video problem. Please search for “anamorphic” or “black bars” for information / context.
