When I checked my server today i saw that I am no longer my Plex Home Admin but a “friend” is.
How can I rest plex home and through him out?

That happens when you accept an invitation to be in someone else’s Plex Home. You can only be in one Home at a time, so when you accepted the invitation, you gave up your own.
Simply leave your friend’s Plex Home, and you will become master of your own again. You will still be a Friend to your friend’s server.

Yeah, managed users get eliminated when this happens. No way to recover them. You’ll have to recreate.
