Why are all remote devices showing "indirect access"?

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554
Player Version#: Any

Let me start by saying that I know this gets asked a lot and I have done weeks worth of researching and configuration changes and I have yet to find a solution to the issue so I am biting the bullet and posting here.

Every Plex Player that I use remotely (Laptop with webUI, Fire Stick at GF’s house, Android app on phone from Wifi or LTE…ect) shows that the connection back to my server is “indirect”, aka using the Plex Relay service, which means bitrate caps and transcoding. From my local LAN i get the Green Dot showing it’s “nearby”.

I have Remote Access enabled with a manual public port of 32400 and it shows “Fully accessible outside your network”

Private (IP of my Plex server):32400 <-green- Public (IP from ISP):32400 <-green- Internet

I have Verison FIOS with the G1100 router running f/w version 02.02.00.16. I have manually setup port forwarding for Any TCP on 32400 outside to 32400 on the Server IP.

In the Router UI it looks like:
(server name) Destination Ports 32400
(server IP) TCP Any -> 32400

I can post screenshots, or grab logs if that helps at all. Does anyone have any clue what I’m doing wrong and why cant get direct playback to work from a Remote Player. The down/up of the FIOS package is more than enough to be able to stream with no transcoding to a remote player when it is desired.

This is driving me crazy… Thanks in advance!

Restart PMS, let it sit doing nothing for 3 minutes. Then try accessing it fro a remote connection. Wait 30 seconds or so, then grab the entire Plex log package and upload it here.
