I’m sorry if I’m wasting one thread on the forum but it’s 3 months I’m trying to get this to work and I have no clue what to do next really.
My problem with Plex is that Lyricsfind automatic download is not working and, also, Plex fails to display some lyrics that have been added manually to the music folder.
My music collection is split into two main folders (/media/flac and /media/mp3). I have now tried to play a song (Iron Maiden - Aces high) and no lyrics are downloaded automatically.
The timestamp when playback started is 6.39 am GMT and the path to the file is “/media/mp3/Iron Maiden/Powerslave/01 - Aces High.mp3”.
At first I thought it was a problem with the LyricsFind plugin, but then I realised that even manually sideloading the lyrics file in the music folder is not working properly.
I have this folder with the following content:

Here, most of the songs will display their lyrics except for 2 or 3, however there is no difference in the file format/permission. For example, track 6 will display lyrics correctly while when playing track 7 I can’t even click on the lyrics button.
I played track 6 of this folder at 6.47 am, and track 7 at 6.50am today (so you can probably find it easier in the logs I’m attaching).
I would really like to fix this issue as this feature is one of the reasons I moved to Plex but, if this won’t work I’m afraid I’ll have to look for some alternative as the Android app doesn’t even have gapless playback.
