I don’t know if this is part of a recent “update” but I noticed that “unmatch” is sometimes unavailable. Why is that? It should ALWAYS be an option as no scraper is ever 100% accurate.
I have a movie that is mis-labeled/mis-matched and it will not let me unmatch it. Very frustrating.
By “unavailable,” do you mean the “Unmatch” command is missing from the menu? If that’s the case, it generally means the movie isn’t matched. Are “Match…” or “Fix Match…” there? If Plex found a match, you should see “Unmatch” and “Fix Match…” menu items. If Plex didn’t find a match, then those two commands won’t be there, and “Match…” will.
If you’re seeing something different, can you provide a screenshot?
Some times the menu icon is missing when you use the ellipsis context menu directly on the home page.
Dive down onto the “preplay page” of the movie.
Also make sure you didn’t try to fix match on a collection, tv show episode or season.
