Fix Match and Unmatch ARE MISSING

Fix Match isn’t showing up for one particular TV show. The show name is “The Defeated” and Plex keeps grabbing “The Deleted”. When I try to fix by unmatching and FIX MATCH, neither is visible in the POP-UP menu???

In the pop-up when I click the menu icon (three dots) for any other program I have:
Shuffle
Play Next
Add to Queue
Add To>
Mark as Played
Refresh Metadata
Analyze
Fix Match <<<
UnMatch <<<
Optimize
Grant Access
Delete
View Play History

On this TV Program, Fix Match and UnMatch are missing. Te menu goes from Analyze to Optimize.

I’ve tried:

  1. deleting the files and readding - NOTHING CHANGES
  2. Restarting Plex - NOTHING CHANGES
  3. I’m running latest Plex server < Version 1.30.1.6562>

I’m running:
Device name Plex-PC|
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.59 GHz|
Installed RAM 32.0 GB|
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor|

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Match/Fix Match are only available at the Show level. Make sure you aren’t looking at a Season or Episode.

I’m not looking at the SEASON LEVEL, looking at the SHOW LEVEL. As I said, two shows, side by side on the server, one show has FIX MATCH and UNMATCH in the POP-UP MENU and the OTHER DOESN’T.

Can you please take a screenshot of the menu with it missing and what version of the web or desktop app you are using

I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but “The Defeated” is an alternate title

Are you using the new Plex scanner/agent?

Those are the options for season. If you are doing this from the recently added row because you added multiple episodes within 20hours, the recently added merges them all ( so it does not knock everything else back) an shows the season poster.

This is a season poster not a show poster.

Another thing that is telling that it seems from season poster is that there is no “add to watchlist” option which can also only be done from the show level

view your library, not the recently added section. there should be a library tab to use.
