If I remember correctly, syncing or media download jobs don’t show under Now Playing. Could that be what’s clogging your bandwidth?
How can I see them in Plex?
Should be showing under Settings > Server Name > Status > Sync

Okay so seems like this issue happens only with specific movie - I’ve tried to resume it on the middle, it didn’t start and I switch to another. For a long time after that bandwidth is very high.
