Why can some clients access one Plex server but not the other?

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349
Player Version#: multiple

I run two Plex servers at home. One, named Sellotape, runs on a 2019 iMac on Ventura. The other, Valentine, runs on an M1 iMac, also on Ventura.

When I’m at, home, on the same LAN as both servers, the Plex client on both my Apple TV and iPad can connect only to Sellotape, but my iPhone can connect to both servers.

When I am at my condo (different LAN of course), my Apple TV Plex client can only connect to Valentine, but not Sellotape. Same with the Plex client on my iPad. The iPhone Plex client can connect to both servers.

It’s exactly the same if I connect to a public WiFi network for both the iPhone and iPad. The iPhone can connect to both Plex servers even if cellular data is disabled. The iPad can connect only to Valentine.

At first I thought it had to do with enabling remote access on Sellotape, but that can’t be the case if the iPhone can access Sellotape and Valentine both locally and remotely.

But, this has to be a configuration mistake on my part, but I can’t figure out what it is.
