So plex wasn’t having any issues with the PS4 app until today. It won’t find our server and we made sure our modem setting were where they needed to be.I havnt had any issues like this before today. Could anyone help?
Update: it works just fine on tablets and phones, but any ps4 that tris to connect can’t find server!
Mine has started doing exactly the same since yesterday.
Same on my PS3. Roku sees it, but it’s helluh slow. LG tv sees it, but I don’t have all the transport controls I want. Linked with PS3, but always says it can’t find a server and it doesn’t make a difference if I put in my computer’s IP address. #meh

Same here. I thought I was losing my mind. Xbox One, phones and computers can find server and work as normal PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 can’t find the server.
I updated my PS4 recently and PS3 I wonder if the PS update changed something?
Same problem, worked fine up until a couple of weeks ago. PS4 and server are on the same subnet, server is accessible from all other devices. On the server side is sees the PS4 as connected. I believe there was an update on the PS4 recently.
I have this same problem trying to connect with either my PlayStation 3 or the Plex app on my Sony TV. Everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago, now I get the “unable to find server” message. Funny thing is that I can still connect and watch on my iPad via the Plex iOS app just fine.
+1 - same problem on the PS4. Other devices all still work.
I should also mention that manually adding the server by IP address did not resolve the issue.
I had the same issue on my PS4, it seems like there was an update, as it always connected.
i disabled the secure connection in the server settings and boom it works again!
