Other flac files I have play OK in Plex, but not this album. How to remedy “Playback Error”?

They were probably moved away,
or the folder where they are stored was renamed,
or the files themselves were renamed,
or they are not valid FLAC files.
None of those suggestions apply. I can play the tracks in VLC from Win Explorer without any issues.
Inspect the plex media info XML of them. It might contain a clue.
